Mac & User Experience Enhancements

• System-wide Mac Shortcuts — Added support for Apple's system-wide full-screen keyboard command (Globe-F).
• Quick QR Code Sharing — You can now generate a QR code for any open page to share with mobile devices. Simply right-click a tab and select Share > Generate QR Code. On macOS, you can also access this straight from the address bar's Share menu.
• Speedy Firefox Labs Access — Open the experimental features dashboard quickly by typing "labs" or "experiment" into the address bar.
• Quick-Pick Color Eyedropper — Easily select and copy colors from any webpage. Type "pick color", "color picker", or "eyedropper" in the address bar to summon the quick action.
• Upgraded PDF Editor — You can now insert images as new pages directly within PDFs, as well as merge multiple PDF documents by dragging and dropping them into the PDF sidebar.
• High-Contrast Location Indicator — Firefox now highlights the location permission icon in bright red in the address bar whenever a website is accessing your location.
• Better Video Overlays — Improved context menu accessibility for videos that have overlapping overlays.

Privacy & Security

• Container Isolation — Enhanced multi-account container support lets you segregate browsing sessions (e.g., separating work, banking, and shopping) under isolated cookies and ad-trackers within the exact same window.
• eIDAS Verification — Firefox now verifies and displays Qualified Website Authentication Certificates (QWACs) in line with European eIDAS standards.

Under-the-Hood Changes

• Strict Extension File Permissions — By default, browser extensions are no longer permitted to touch local files. Users can manually toggle this via the new "Access local files on your computer" setting.
• Default Local Network Access Restrictions — Websites must now explicitly request authorization before attempting to connect to other local devices or local background apps.
• Cleaned Settings UI — Outdated cookie management configurations have been removed from the preferences panel.

Web Platform & Developer Updates

• Improved web compatibility by adding partial support for the non-standard ::-webkit-scrollbar CSS selector.
• HTML parsing rules for tags have been modernized to lay groundwork for customizable dropdowns.
  The vertical-align property now maps to shorthand parameters including new baseline keywords like alphabetic, ideographic, and central.
  Introduced support for the popover=hint specification.
